Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to digital products purchased from Ever Thus, a business operated by Long Waves LLC.

Digital products

Because our guides, templates, and other digital resources are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final once a product has been delivered.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund if:

• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same purchase.
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise does not match what was described at the time of purchase, and we are unable to fix or replace it.

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

Cancellations

Ever Thus does not currently offer subscriptions. If that changes, any subscription may be cancelled at any time to stop future billing; cancellation does not itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged.
